What do you do with your Gelli prints that didn’t quite the crafty cut? Or maybe you just played all day with your Gelli plate and now you aren’t sure what to do with all those prints? I’m not sure about you, but I could work with my Gelli plate all day!
When you spend hours and hours in a yummy, painty mess sometimes you end up with more prints than you need. Or you end up with a bunch of clean up pages. You may like part of some pages, but not the page as a whole. Turn those pages into tags!
I just trace a tag on the back of my print. You could free hand them also.
I usually make 2 size tags, the larger one is 5 1/2in x 3in, and the smaller one is 4 1/4in x 2in.
Using my unwanted prints for tags gives me tons of tags for journaling or presents. Plus these tags make great bases for altering and mixed media.
Sometimes you will still have bits of paper left after making your tags. I like to bust out my punches and see how many images I can make from the leftovers.
I try not to waste any good scraps! Now get to making some Gelli prints and tags! Enjoy!
